If you just want more information, complete the form below and click "Send" to return it to us. We suggest that you attend one of our umpire information meetings and basic training clinics. This is the quickest and best way to prepare you to get on the field and working. Pre-season clinics will be scheduled from late February thru early April of 2008. You will be able to learn more about clinics and other Metro events on the "Assignments" page. Officials who wish to umpire during the high school season should register with the Minnesota State High School League. This is required for officials who will be working either varsity baseball or softball. Registration is optional for those who umpire underclass games, but it is highly recommended.
